Admissions at Tutshill Church of England Primary School

Applying for a School Place During the School Year

Life can bring exciting changes, and if your family moves into the area during the school year, or your child needs to transfer to a different school, we are here to help.  At Tutshill Church of England Primary School, we are committed to making the admissions process as straightforward and supportive as possible for every family.

To apply for a school place during the school year, please complete the relevant forms below and return them to the school either by post or by email to admin@tutshillcofe.gloucs.sch.uk.

Applicant Checklist

Before submitting your application, please ensure that you have:

✅ Completed all sections of the application form

✅ Checked that all information provided is accurate and up to date

✅ Attached any required supporting documentation

✅ Included proof of address and child's date of birth

✅ Included any additional information relevant to your application

✅ Signed and dated the application form (where applicable)

✅ Returned the completed application by post or email to admin@tutshillcofe.gloucs.sch.uk

✅ Kept a copy of your application and supporting documents for your records

Important Information

Please note that this process does not apply to children who are starting Reception in September 2026 for the first time.  Applications for Reception places are managed by Gloucestershire County Council.  If your child is due to begin Reception, please visit the Gloucestershire County Council Admissions page for information about the application process and key dates.
